A popular year for the Lincoln Continental was 1964. There were two models of the 1964 Lincoln Continental offered, a 4-door sedan and a 4-door convertible. A 430 cid V-8 engine was standard. It came with the best luxury offerings at the time, namely, power seats, power windows, power brakes, and power steering.

Open Question: Any hints on this car not starting?
My 97 Lincoln Continental won't start. The motor was making a whining noise by the fuel injectors for a couple of months. Now it won't start the battery sounds good when I turn it over. Can any one give me some suggestions to get it running again. Thank you and have a super weekend!

my rear air bags both hold air fine. but after a while you can hear air coming out from the rear driver side only and the car goes down in the rear and the front stays higher than normal. could that be the distribution valve that is bad?

Just imagine it. You are diagnosed with cancer. You need treatments. You need surgery to remove tumors. And you are put on a waiting list for a year. Universal Health care is not about caring for people, it is about taking care of doctors, nurses, hospitals. With a government bailout, it will be one large funding trough for the health care providers to mooch off of. Five out of ten patients who visit a doctor's office have nothing wrong with them that time and over the counter remedies can handle. Now we will be paying for every wimp, neurotic, and hypochondriace at the expense of those of us who really need care. Have you been an a hospital lately? It is like a senior center. At 8am the Lincoln Continentals pull in and by 4pm they are gone. This aches here. That aches there. Lets run a few tests and if we don't find anything we will put you on Prosac or Vicaden and make an appointment with a therapist. Then you get the Exiled on Main Street bunch. Speak English anyone? Try asking anyone of them anything? No comprendo, senor. But when their name is called to see the doctor, they go running ahead of every one else. Did the SNAP card work at the grocery store, senorita? No pocito gracias conmigo? I think this is the reason "you're welcome" without a thank you began. Between the blue hairs and the aliens, I am up to my chin in taxes. And I know that when I get sick, I'd better have the patience of Job in that waiting room. Hasta luego, doctor. Hasta la vista, senorita!
