Voting Question: Looking to spend about 8,000 for a older car 1970-1982 corvette, trans am etc. Looking more at muscle cars.?
Looking for the most reliable and cost efficient car but still want a lot of speed and power behind the wheel.
Resolved Question: How much is insurance for a 1970's Corvette for a teenager?
Just simply curious, not going to buy most likely. Owners comments are greatly appreciated
Resolved Question: where do i find numbers on a 1970 corvette engine?
i need to know where to look for the numbers off of my corvette engine so i can "run them" and compare this engine to my new chevy 350 to decide which one i should put in my el camino
Resolved Question: What are a set of original 1970 Z/28 LT-1 pistons worth?
I have a set of original 1970 LT-1 Z/28 11 to 1 forged, full floating, standard bore, factory Chevrolet, TRW, pistons in the original box with only 500 miles on them sitting in my garage. I bought them new in 1976 from an engine shop and only drove 500 miles in my 55 Belair Sports Coupe before totaling my hot rod.
I can't help but think there is some guy with a 1970 Z/28 or Corvette who might want to have a fresh set of correct pistons for his $$$$ Camaro or Corvette.
Yes, they are domed, well, on one side. Not like a hemi.
Yes, they made a LT-1 in 1970.
Where are the Chevy fans?
Resolved Question: Can i install a third seat somehow into a corvette?
basicly im buying my first car, i was thinking i could take a 1970 Ford maverick and customize it to look like a mustang. but i hear thats impossible. then i was gonna buy a FordGT40 kit but that doesnt have a freakin trunk(race car) and now im thinking about this 1975 stingray corvette but if i could just somehow add a third seat or a long front seat that wouls be awesome. basicly i just want somethin thats badass- but i need a trunk, and i'd like to have the option of diving more than one other passenger if needed. Thanks people!
