Open Question: Jeep Wrangler TJ Question?
I am looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler TJ, but I do not know what year is best. My price limit is 00. I also want to install a 2-4 inch lift on it. X? Sahara? Rubicon?
Resolved Question: Is it possible to change an automatic transmission Jeep Wrangler to a manual? If so, how much would it cost?
I'm looking into buying a Jeep Wrangler, and I found a really great deal on an 02 TJ (Sahara), but it has an automatic tranny :( I really want a manual, but I'm afraid if I wait to find one in the same color, same year, and with a manual, I'll end up losing out. The car is for sale by owner, he's asking about 3,000. Its got a 4" lift with 33's, and a custom front bumper, among other things. Not sure if it's a scam because its so cheap, but I'm going to go test drive it and if I like it maybe purchase it. If I can do it for a reasonable cost somewhere in the far away future, I will swap it out. Also I will be doind some light to moderate off-roading with it.
Voting Question: I am having headlight and blinker problems?
So I noticed the other day that my front parking lights do not work but they do work as blinkers. Then a few days later my low beams stopped working but my high beams continue to function fine. Randomly my left blinker will not work and when I try to use it the blinker just flashes fast but only with the left. This issue with the headlights has been happening for a few days now and randomly the low beams will work but mostly they do not. I have an 01' jeep wrangler TJ.
There is some corrosion on the wires where the harness pluugs into the headlamp assembly. I took one off and cleaned the prongs and reattached and nothing changed. I check all local grounds and there is nothing loose. I was raining or it had just rained when the low beams cut out! I am personally thinking it is the multifiunction switch because everything I am having issues with is attached to that switch and if a bulb was out it would not affect the others liek if a blinker was out would it affect the headlamps?

I'm a tomboyish girl that wants a car where you can take the top off... So guys and gals, which is a better vehicle out of the three?
A 90s jeep wrangler, TJ or CJ
1st generation Bronco
or a 1st generation toyota 4runner.
I believe they are all the same in a sense. They are all good to go wheeling in (at least i think so), and they have the removable tops, but in your opinions... which is better?
