Resolved Question: 1977 Camaro 700R4 Crossmember?
I have a 1977 Camaro and I am putting in a 350 with a 700R4 transmission. I know that the 700R4 will not mount to the stock 350 transmission crossmember. Has any one tried or can recommend a good aftermarket Crossmember. I have seen the, SUM-770318, crossmember on the Summit web site, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-770318/ site, and XMCA75817 on the Bowtie Overdrives web site, http://www.bowtieoverdrives.com/catalog/catalog_inc/viewitem.php?ITEMID=102 Has anyone used either crossmember and how does the exhaust fit with either crossmember?

Voting Question: How much insurance would a 1977 Camaro be for a 16 year old?
My dream car has always been a Camaro. Recently me and my dad have been looking for "project" cars to fix up and stuff. We found a 1977 Camaro that only needs cosmetic work, so I've been asking him about it. He says the insurance would be around 00 a year. We could get the at around 00 dollars. The Camaro has a 350 V8 engine and a T350 transmission. I'm 16 right now but I turn 17 in 2 months. I've had my license for 10 months with no tickets or accidents. I've had 2 cars already, a 1997 Nissan Altima and a 1998 Chrysler Sebring (Which I pay about a month for.) I am on my parents' insurance, but I still pay for the car I drive. I know I won't get a perfectly accurate amount without asking our Insurance providers, but is my dad right when he says it would be 00 a year? I sold the 97 Altima after 7 months of owning it because it was a piece of garbage (I only got it because it was my first car and having a piece of junk is a rite of passage.) I am in the process of selling the 98 Sebring because it has 148K miles and it isn't getting any younger. I would only have one car at a time, not all 3.

Resolved Question: 1977 Camaro 410hp Fuel Set Up?
I am putting back together my 1977 Camaro. I am putting in a 350 with about 410hp, the vehicle is going to be carbureted. I want to keep the fuel tank stock. I would like to use an external fuel pump but I do not know what set-up to use, what size of fuel pump and regulator? I have been told to go with a fuel cell and a gravity feed fuel set up but I want to use this as my last resort because I still want to use the trunk and want the stock look.

Resolved Question: 1977 Camaro Tire Size?
I have a 1977 Camaro with the standard wheel used on the Z28 from 1970 to 1981 the "5 spoke rally wheel" 15 x 7. I wanted to know what is the largest tires I can use on the front and rear.

Resolved Question: How much do you think i could get for my camaro?
I have a 1977 camaro that is red with black racing stripes. that body is in great condition as is the paint. and the interior is awesome as well. There are a few small dents on the hood and front fenders from hail damage but you can only see them in the right light. Its a 350 4-bolt main target master block that has been bored .060 over, it has aluminum flat top pistons, double hump heads ( that have had the valves machined from 1.50 to 1.60), roller rockers, chromaili push rods, a pretty radical cam and double roller chain, all in all its pushing about 400 horse. Its paired with a 700r4 that has been rebuilt with all new and added race clutches, corvette servo, trans go shift kit. The rear axle is a 12 bolt with 3.43 and a trac-lock. its on mag wheels with cooper cobra tires. How much do you think i could sell it for?
