Open Question: i keep having problems with my 1991 v8 cadillac coupe deville could it be the wrong computer was put in it?
4.9 v8 BEAST wen i bought the car the guy told me he had to put a new computer chip in it b4 he sold it to me he spoke highly of this car then and it has been nothing but problums for me and certain things dont work correctly like, overhead lamps, dash lights,the fan for heat or ac, is it possible he put the wrong computer system in it , and thats why i keep having so much trouble ?????

It's top speed was 121/122 and its 340 horsepower 429 V8 could accelerate it from 0-60 in 8 seconds. At that time it was incredible. The slow stereotype for the Cadillac came later in the post 500 caddies.
